![]() Sync failed - got a reference to Google, error 403:Ĭannot request contacts belonging to another userĪpparently this is a known problem to the vendor, since Google Error 403 is on the drop-down list when requesting technical support. Just installed Outlook 2010, and Companionlink. So, anybody got any ideas how to sync ACT! with the Droid Incredible? I'd hate to have to go back to Outlook. I politely explained to the receptionist what the problem was, and asked that he call me back directly (rather than hand off the call to someone else). I was told he was at lunch, but would call back upon his return. After spending about 20+ hours of my own time in trying to help them fix the issues, I called the support liaison directly, but he was busy, so I escalated the call to their support manager. Their "support" people are by-and-large friendly, but they apparently aren't given the tools to be able to diagnose what ails this product, despite the 8 calls I've been on numerous upgrades (both to the PC and phone) clean wipes of the phone, one-way syncs from PC to phone, and on and on. The product continually deletes appointments from ACT! when syncing (randomly) sometimes duplicates all 1,200 contacts doesn't properly sync from Android to ACT!, and has even corrupted the ACT! database beyond repair, so I literally had to start from scratch all over again. I've been speaking with their support people for almost a month now, to no avail. Then I switched to an Android-based phone, and these people literally just can't get it to work. DejaOffice App is free on Android and iPhone, and is available in a Single and Multi-User PC based CRM.When I used it with my blackberry, it worked fine. DejaOffice is one of the few Mobile CRM options that use data based locally on your phone, not a web app, so it runs great even when your phone is in Airplane mode. Through steady updates, DejaOffice has become a rounded CRM product incorporating many special features unique to distinct PC platforms. We originally envisioned DejaOffice as a landing pad for Outlook data at a time when Android Calendar lacked key features, Android Contacts were sorted by first name. If you have 500-5000 records, DejaCloud runs about $2 per month per user ($25 per year)ĭejaOffice was created in 2009 by CompanionLink Software, the oldest and most experienced Sync Vendor in the handheld arena. DejaCloud is free for 500 records or less. ![]() Your CompanionLink purchase gives you one year of free DejaCloud Service. We Recommend DejaCloud as the easiest and most flexible sync system. – Recommended -Internet based hosted sync □Bluetooth – Using built-in Bluetooth with Laptop or Desktop PC ![]() □Wi-fi,- Using a local network in your office □USB – The most secure direct connection to the phone
