Note I am new to Adobe illustrator So if I made a silly mistake, my applogies. When I changed to Latha font the character displayed in Tamil but all spelling went wrong in Tamil. When I tried to change the fount to tamil font, it does not work either. Unfortunately I do not have Indic option. I have seen another post which says I need to enable show Indic option. It does work entirely correctly on top of a solid color background as far as I could tell. In preferences->Type->Text Engine options I selected 'Middle Eastern', previousy it was 'East Asia', after that the Tamil letters are getting displayed correctly. Not to mention it comes straight from Microsoft for free. That David's message which you pasted above was really helpful. But I am unable to find similar settings in Adobe Illustrator CS6 When I copy and past in Adobe Illustrator the font is not displaying correctly. ![]() I did type in google and pasted in notepad. Other users have reported with other Lenovo laptops that plugging the charger into the adjacent port resolves the issue, so it is worth try that, Kind Regards, Elise. Now I am creating a poster in Adobe illustrator. Not all USB C connections actually support display over usb c unfortunately, is suspect this may be the case here. I = r i = i || function () ,lpTag.init()): am creating a document in Tamil.
